Is that because all subforums earn zero but admin is getting backhanders from gricer to post in general?

One clause rise my concerns:"unless prevented by Incapacity, devote the whole of his time, attention and abilities to the business of the Company"
It is quite general, but signing second contract might be trated as breach of 'devoting the whole of his time'?
Yes it is and you are correct. Even simpler is if the contract has times in it. If it says 9 to 5 or 8 hours a day or even (arguably) 'professional working day' then you are obliged to be available to the client for those times. Working on another client in those times is breach of contract.

Rule of thumb. If you can't tell both clients exactly what you are doing you shouldn't be doing it.

Can't believe we have 'upgraded' to a forum where moderators cannot move threads which is of course the right response and one they are pretty good at.

Reminded me to tighten my adblocker as one was getting through. Can't have admin profiteering from my wise words.

I don't think the search engine on here is good enough to find them, never mind profit from them.

I'm sure they can copy and paste them into sickipedia, not sure they would profit though.
